Follow the steps below if you cellular keypad is not working appropriately.
For Cellular Keypads: If you have a cellular keypad, simply pull the plug from the wall for 60 seconds and then re-power it up by plugging the plug back into the outlet. Do not touch the keys on the actual keypad for at least 3 minutes. After waiting three minutes, take a look inside the actual keypad by opening the front door of the keypad and look to confirm that you have a blue light that is breathing on and off. If you see any other color other than blue, please wait another 3 or 4 minutes and check again. If it never turns to blue, try unplugging the power once more for 60 seconds and and then plug back in. Wait 3 minutes and then look for blue light again.
DO NOT TOUCH PUNCH PAD RIGHT AFTER RESTART. BE SURE TO WAIT 3 ADDITIONAL MINUTES AFTER BLUE BREATHING LIGHT OCCURS TO GIVE THE PAD TIME TO UPDATE ANY FIRMWARE THAT MAY HAVE BEEN DONE DURING RESTART.
If you do not see blue light after two attempts, notify Spider support. ( See pic below)
Then go ahead and test the keys on the keypad to see if a good gate code works. Try more than one gate to see if it works as the first gate code entered may fail due to the keypad updating its firmware during the re-boot.
