How do I allow my tenants to open the gate with the tenant app?

You will need to provide the GPS coordinates for the keypad itself. Click here and scroll down to the bottom of the page. It will tell you exactly what is needed to get this feature working. You will need to return the coordinates to Spiderdoor and only then, can the OPEN GATE feature be turned on.

This works the same way regardless of whether you use SpiderDoors cellular keypads or internet keypads!
